Submit Your Inquiry & Receive Quote
Fill out the form with your product and project details. Our team reviews everything and sends you a custom quote, the studio shipping address, and packaging instructions within 24 hours.
Track Your Shipment
FedEx, DHL, and UPS all provide real-time tracking. Share your tracking number with us so we can prepare the studio setup before your products arrive. We confirm receipt immediately upon delivery.
Editing, Retouching & Delivery
Our post-production team edits, retouches, and colour-corrects all images and videos. You receive high-resolution files in your preferred format via Google Drive or Dropbox within 5-7 business days.
File formats: Discuss your preferred format and resolution upfront so deliverables are ready for immediate use on your platform.
Prepare & Ship Your Products
Pack your products securely using sturdy boxes, bubble wrap, and packing peanuts. Ship via FedEx, DHL, or UPS. If your vendor is in India, they can ship directly to our Punjab studio — saving time and money.
Pro Tip: Label packages "Fragile" where needed. Include a packing list inside the box for easy product identification.
We Shoot — You Direct Remotely
Our team unpacks, inspects, and sets up your products in our professional studio. We schedule a live video session where you can direct angles, review test shots, and give real-time feedback from anywhere in the world.
Product Return & Revisions
Once approved, we securely repack your products for return shipping. Need revisions? We offer a revision cycle to ensure every image and video meets your standards. Products can also be stored for future shoots.
