The one thing to know

Already sourcing from an India vendor?

Skip a shipping leg.

If your jewellery or watch supplier is already based in India, there's no need to have samples shipped to you first. Ask your vendor to send them straight to our Amritsar studio — we shoot, edit, and courier them back to your vendor (or wherever you need them next) once we're done. It's the same workflow behind our India jewellery photography case study — just routed for international brands instead of India-based ones.

Photography Styles

Every Type of Jewelry Shoot

— Explained

From Amazon-compliant white backgrounds to editorial dark-glass setups, our studio handles every photography format jewellery brands need. Each style serves a different purpose, platform, and audience.

White background jewellery photography for Amazon and e-commerce listings

E-Commerce

White Background / E-Commerce

Clean white background shots with even, multi-source diffused lighting. Meets Amazon’s minimum 85% product fill requirement. Editing emphasis: background purity, colour accuracy, shadow-free result.

Dark dramatic studio jewellery photography with rim lighting

Luxury · Brand

Dark / Dramatic Studio

Black or deep charcoal backgrounds with directional rim lighting that sculpts the piece and draws out metal brilliance and stone fire. The Three Sixty Plus signature treatment. Editing: controlled shadow gradients, selective highlights, depth. See more examples of this treatment in our full photography portfolio.

Lifestyle jewellery photography worn on model for brand campaigns

Campaign

Lifestyle / Model Photography

The jewellery worn on wrists, necks, ears, and fingers in a real or styled environment. Shows actual wearability, scale, and emotional context. Editing: skin retouching and jewellery enhancement simultaneously. Browse real campaign examples in our photography portfolio.

Flat lay jewellery photography styled with props for social media

Instagram · Pinterest

Flat Lay Photography

Top-down overhead composition with jewellery arranged on a styled surface — velvet, marble, flowers, raw silk, or brand packaging. Prop selection and colour coordination define the final aesthetic. More styled flat lay work is featured in our portfolio.

Macro detail jewellery photography showing stone setting and craftsmanship

Craftsmanship

Macro / Detail Photography

Extreme close-up photography revealing craftsmanship invisible to the naked eye — stone settings, engravings, hallmarks, pavé work, filigree detail. Requires 100–150mm macro lens with focus stacking (20–60 frames merged). Explore additional detail shots in our portfolio.

360 degree spin jewellery photography for website product pages

Website · D2C

360° Spin Photography

24 to 72 sequential frames captured on a motorised turntable, combined into an interactive spinning product view. Allows customers to rotate the piece digitally. Proven to increase product page conversion by 27–40%.

Jewellery packshot photography with branded packaging for gifting campaigns

Gifting · Festive

Packshot / Branded Photography

The jewellery presented with its packaging — brand box, velvet pouch, certificate of authenticity, brand card. Communicates the complete gifting and unboxing experience with editing emphasis on multi-element composition.

Gemstone isolation photography capturing diamond brilliance fire and scintillation

Diamonds · Dealers

Gemstone Isolation Photography

The stone isolated and lit to reveal three optical properties: brilliance (white light return), fire (prismatic colour dispersion), and scintillation (sparkle pattern). The most technically demanding jewellery shoot category. For a full breakdown of diamond versus standard gemstone pricing, see our India jewellery photography case study.

How it works internationally

Built for international clients, not adapted from

the India workflow

01

Ship-to-Studio, Not Ship-to-You

Already working with a jewellery vendor or manufacturer in India? Have them courier samples straight to our Amritsar studio — no need to route pieces through you first. It skips a full freight leg and several days of transit. This is the same workflow behind our India jewellery photography case study, just routed for international brands.

02

USD Invoicing, No GST

We invoice in USD, GBP, or CAD to match your accounts team — whichever is simplest for you. No Indian GST is added to international invoices either way. Most clients choose USD since it’s the most globally accepted, but it’s never a requirement.

03

Time-Zone-Aware Calls

Discovery and review calls are scheduled around UK, US, Canada, and Australia business hours — not India Standard Time.

04

Insured Return Shipping

Samples are couriered back to your vendor or forwarding address once the shoot wraps, with insured transit both ways.

Frequently Asked

Questions

Do you photograph jewellery and watches for international brands outside India?

Yes. Three Sixty Plus shoots jewellery and watch photography for brands in the UK, USA, Canada, and Australia from our studio in Amritsar, Punjab. International clients are invoiced in USD, GBP, or CAD, with no Indian GST added.

Can our India-based jewellery vendor ship samples directly to your studio?

Yes — this is the standard workflow for international clients. If your jewellery or watch supplier is already based in India, they ship samples directly to our Amritsar studio instead of to you first. We shoot, edit, and courier the samples back to your vendor or forwarding address once the shoot is complete.

What types of jewellery photography does Three Sixty Plus offer?

Eight styles: white background e-commerce photography, dark/dramatic studio photography, lifestyle photography on a model, flat lay photography, macro/detail photography, 360° spin photography, packshot/branded photography with packaging, and gemstone isolation photography.

What watch photography styles do you shoot?

Eight styles: classic studio e-commerce photography, dial detail macro photography, case profile/crown shots, movement/caseback photography, strap detail photography, lifestyle wrist shots, splash/water photography for dive watches, and reflection/mirror photography.

Can you photograph both jewellery and watches in the same order?

Yes. Jewellery and watches are shot in the same studio and can be combined in a single order — useful for brands that sell both categories or for gift/accessory bundles.

Do you invoice in USD, or can you bill in other currencies?

We invoice in USD, GBP, or CAD, whichever is simplest for your accounts team. No Indian GST is added to international invoices either way. Most clients choose USD since it is the most globally accepted currency, but it is never a requirement.

How is return shipping handled for international clients?

Samples are insured and couriered back to your vendor or a forwarding address you specify once the shoot wraps. Inbound and outbound shipping is insured, with final coverage details confirmed at booking.

Can discovery and review calls be scheduled outside Indian business hours?

Yes. Calls are scheduled around UK, US, Canada, and Australia business hours rather than Indian Standard Time.

Where is Three Sixty Plus's photography studio located?

Our studio is located in Amritsar, Punjab, India. All jewellery and watch photography for international clients is shot, edited, and retouched in-house at this studio — no outsourcing or stock photography.

How is watch photography different from jewellery photography?

Watch photography documents a mechanical object — dial detail, case profile, movement, and function shots like water resistance — alongside standard product angles. Jewellery photography focuses on stone setting, metal finish, and how a piece is worn. Both use the same studio and macro equipment but require different lighting setups.
